TIMOTHY MAGAW - Neighborhood Family Practice, a federally qualified health center serving patients on Cleveland’s West Side, has secured a $541,667 federal grant to open a new location. Neighborhood Family Practice is one of 12 health centers in the state and 164 nationally to receive a slice of $101 million in Affordable Care Act funding. Lorain County Health & Dentistry, which received the same amount, was the only other outpost in the area to receive funding. Neighborhood Family Practice said
